With your artwork you receive these warranties:

1. Money back warranty

      If -within 1 month, for any reason- you are not satisfied with your artwork just contact me for a       return and a refund of your money, no questions asked. I don't want you to own and display       something you're  not completely satisfied with.  (Note: the artwork must be returned in its initial       conditions so you must take care of the shipping insurance, as I do when I ship it to you. Shipping       cost is not refundable). The warranty doesn't apply to artwork sold in person at exhibitions.

2. Damaged artwork warranty

     I put a lot of care in packing the artwork. If upon arrival your artwork appears to be damaged       contact me and I'll replace it at no cost.

3. Quality

      I use only the finest rated material for the paper and the matting. The photographic paper is rated to       last AT  LEAST  70 years before fading occurs (read here).

4. Certificate of authenticity

     Together with the artwork you'll receive a signed certificate of authenticity. Please note that your print       is custom made.

Plus, with each artwork you get an accompanying sheet that explains various interesting details about the story of your photography.

As you can see I want you to be completely satisfied (and you will be!) with your purchase.

Assieme alle opere ricevete queste garanzie:

1. Garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati

     Se -entro 1 mese, per qualunque ragione- non sarete soddisfatti dell'opera contattatemi per la sua       restituzione ed il vostro rimborso, senza dover dare spiegazioni! Non desidero che possediate       qualcosa di cui non siete completamente soddisfatti. (Nota: l'opera va restituita nelle sue condizioni       originali. Questo significa che vi dovete occupare di assicurarne la spedizione, proprio come faccio io       quando la spedisco a Voi.  I costi di spedizione non sono rimborsabili). La garanzia non e' valida per       le opere vendute di persona a mostre o esibizioni.

2. Garanzia sul danneggiamento

     Metto molta cura nell'imballare le opere che spedisco. Se all'arrivo l'opera dovesse risultare       danneggiata contattatemi e la sostituirò senza costi aggiuntivi.

3. Qualità

      Utilizzo esclusivamente materiale di altissima qualità per la carta fotografica ed il passe-partout.       La carta fotografica è certificata per durare ALMENO 70 anni prima che si noti uno sbiadimento.       (leggere qui).

4. Certificato di autenticità

     Assieme all'opera riceverete un certificato di autenticità firmato. E' da notare che la Vostra stampa è       eseguita "su richiesta".

In più con ogni opera riceverete un foglio che spiega vari dettagli interessanti sulla storia della Vostra fotografia.
